Being a grass roots organization, the Diversity Alliance has been created, heavily influenced, and grown by the continuous support of dedicated volunteers and community members. As Gail Harrison, Executive Director of the Diversity Alliance states, "Without volunteers, the Diversity Alliance is just a good idea."

Individuals and groups volunteer with the Diversity Alliance in a variety of positions and projects throughout the year. Through the background, knowledge, and skills of the volunteer, the Diversity Alliance's programming and services grow to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
