Update: Park Township offers reward following vandalism believed linked to racial slur Muskegon Chronicle PARK TOWNSHIP -- Township officials are offering a $150 reward for information leading to the arrest of graffiti vandals who spray-painted swear words and other markings in Winstrom Park, near 160th Avenue and Perry Street. The vandals are believed to be the same people who painted a racial slur and a caricature on the driveway of a nearby black family. Park Township Supervisor Stuart Visser described the graffiti "significant," saying it covered the park's overlook and other areas. The vandals also spray-painted graffiti on other private properties in the area. |
