Business Action Team Toolkit
The toolkit is the result of a study of successful practices in recruitment, retention, and advancement of a diverse workforce: This business action team developed this tool kit for employers interested in developing an ethnically diverse workforce. Local employers were surveyed through the Frost Institute at Hope College to identify best practices in the areas of recruitment, retention, advancement and promotion of minority employees. The team also used the Internet to identify best practices in these areas from Fortune 500 companies and other organizations. The "toolkit" will be disseminated at the 2002 Summit on Racism. A spiral-bound version can also be obtained by contacting the LEDA Office.
